Home Made Farmers Cheese

At the William Miller House we often serve  a first course of stuffed Crêpes.  We use to purchase our Farmer Cheese from a local gourmet grocery, but decided a while ago to make our own Farmers Cheese because we could control the ingredients and make a fresher product.

I was planning on making a video of the process when I came upon their video which I decided to share with you, so enjoy the Chef Janie.
